Body Measurements 

The below chart outlines body measurements for general dream house, BTL and JTL size. To measure your body, please follow these easy steps: 

  • Chest: Measured across the garment at the bust. 
  • Waist: Measured across the garment at the narrowest part. 
  • Hip: Measured at the widest part of the garment. 
  • Sleeve Length: From the shoulder seam to the wrist. 
  • Shoulder: Measured from one shoulder seam to the other. 

The below chart outlines the clothing measurements for each size. Clothing measurements are measured across the garment as follows:

Around the fullest part of your bust, arms should be down by your side and slightly apart. Wrap the measuring tape comfortably around this area. The measuring must be horizontal against the body.

 

Waist

This is the slimmest part of the natural waistline - above the navel and below the rib cage. Wrap the measuring tape comfortably around this area. The tape must be horizontal against the body.

 

Low-Hip

This is around the fullest part of the hips. Wrap the measuring tape comfortably around this area. The tape must be horizontal against the body. Spicy sugar/teaberry/NewCover brand sizes are designed to follow standard Australian women's sizes: Some styles may vary from these measurements but you can still use them as a guide.
